White Castle is coming to a major gas station chain across the United States.
Murphy USA, a gasoline company headquartered in Arkansas, recently announced that it has partnered with White Castle to bring the fast food burger chain’s Crave & Go kiosks to locations across the country. The newly-launched kiosks offer “hot, branded food without the space, labor, infrastructure and complexity associated with a traditional restaurant or full commercial kitchen,” according to a Murphy USA news release.
Murphy USA customers will be able to place orders through a touchscreen on the kiosk and receive hot food in approximately two minutes, the news release continues. Behind the scenes, the kiosk automates food prep, heating and delivery.
White Castle announced its Crave & Go kiosks in April. In addition to gas stations, the kiosks will be installed on college campuses, in hospitals, workplaces and transportation hubs, according to a White Castle news release. With more than 1,000 expected locations, the launch is in partnership with Automated Retail Technologies (ART), which specializes in food kiosk stations.

What will the White Castle kiosks offer?
Neither White Castle nor Murphy USA immediately responded for more information about what the kiosks will offer when contacted by USA TODAY on Aug. 31.
White Castle is known for its popular sliders, including its original hamburger slider, double cheese slider, crispy chicken slider and panko-breaded fish slider. The chain also offers fries, onion chips, mozzarella sticks and chicken rings, to name a few fan-favorite sides.
When will the White Castle kiosks open in Murphy USA gas stations?
Neither company immediately responded for more information about when the kiosks would be available at Murphy USA today. However, White Castle said in April that some of its Crave & Go kiosks were already opened and receiving positive feedback.
What Murphy USA locations will receive the White Castle kiosks?
According to the Murphy USA news release, select larger-format stores will receive the kiosks.
Murphy USA operates more than 1,700 location in 27 states throughout the Southwest, Southeast, Midwest and Northeast, according to the company’s website.
