Ring is an exploration and production company whose assets are concentrated on the Northwest Shelf and Central Basin Platform areas of the Permian Basin, where reservoir targets primarily consist of multiple stacked formations with known hydrocarbons. Ring and offset operators are turning to horizontal drilling to extract greater value from some of the producing reservoirs. First quarter 2026 production averaged about 19,350 BOE per day, of which 63% was oil and Ring’s adjusted EBITDA was $38.3 million. A
