Help with energy!
A distinguishing characteristic of great leaders of companies and institutions is their ability to help their teams move in the desired direction. Proactively contributing to align perceptions and expectations and thus uniformly signaling the paths to be followed.
This is a capacity associated with humility. Helping is equivalent to putting yourself in someone else’s shoes. In this case, someone who is lower in the hierarchy of the organization.
This attitude in Brazil is uncommon though. Leaders generally have traits of arrogance, which puts them in a situation that is antagonistic to helping.
However, those who want to “turn around this situation” will discover that by being more humble, helping employees will achieve and maintain a much healthier environment and, above all, generate more results.
