Well, good afternoon, everyone, and thank you for joining us today at Paladin Energy’s 2026 Investor Day. Really appreciate you taking your time out of your schedule to join us, and both in person and via our webcast.
So today is an opportunity to step back from the normal quarterly cycle and the quarterly updates to spend a bit more time talking about what we’re doing at PLS. And what I hope to achieve today is to get everyone across more of the detail of our strategy, of our assets, our people and the growth opportunities for Paladin.

This last 12 months was, I think, a really significant year for us. We successfully completed the ramp-up of Langer Heinrich mine, and we delivered production at the upper end of our revised guidance range. We strengthened our balance sheet, and we continue to advance the
