I am a finance professional and private equity alumnus. I graduated from the Warsaw School of Economics (SGH) and Kozminski University. I previously worked in management consulting and as a Private Equity analyst in Poland. For the past six years, I have been managing capital allocation within my family’s office. As a successor in this family business, I oversee our core operations in residential real estate development and commercial property leasing. When allocating surplus cash to the capital markets, my investing style focuses on identifying growth companies at a reasonable valuation. My fundamental criteria for any investment position rely heavily on real, sustainable free cash flow (FCF).I invest exclusively in individual stocks with a high-conviction, concentrated portfolio of approximately 10 companies, where each position must constitute a minimum of 5% of the total portfolio value. My purpose for writing on Seeking Alpha is purely a hobby. I want to expose my market theses to public critique and community feedback, while using publication as a personal motivation to perform even deeper research on the companies I invest in.
