Thank you, operator. And on behalf of the management team, I would like to welcome all of you to today’s conference call to review Epsilon’s full year and fourth quarter 2025 financial and operational results.

Epsilon delivered a standout year, growing adjusted EBITDA 75% and production 54% year-over-year. In the fourth quarter, we closed the acquisition of the Peak companies, bringing us new production, more than 100 net high rate of return drilling locations, largely held by production undeveloped acreage and
