In this newly created role, Norman will report to CEO Patrick Schneidau and lead Global Human Resources, focusing on culture transformation, talent development, and supporting the continued growth of DTN.

Norman has more than 20 years of HR leadership experience from industry-leading companies, including Dell, WageWorks, Accenture, and HP, where she spearheaded organizational transformation initiatives and large-scale talent programs. Her expertise spans the full talent lifecycle, with a proven track record of connecting workforce strategy to business outcomes. Prior to joining DTN, she was Vice President, HR Business Partner, at Dell Technologies.
