Healey: Paris agreement ‘important’ for Ukraine defence

Defence Secretary John Healey says that the agreement by Britain and France to provide security guarantees for Ukraine last week in Paris signals an ‘important’ commitment to the protection of Ukraine, which he says is the target of ‘brutal’ attacks by Russia.
