LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A stopped train is blocking a road near Downtown Las Vegas and the road closure is expected to last for “multiple hours.”
According to the Regional Transportation Commission (RTC) of Southern Nevada, a train stopped on the tracks near Wyoming Avenue and Industrial Road shortly before 9:20 a.m. on Tuesday, Sept. 30.

That train is now blocking Western Avenue. RTC said the road is expected to be closed for multiple hours. Drivers and motorists should use other routes when traveling.
