LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — A lucky Las Vegas visitor won nearly $1 million after hitting a mega jackpot at the LINQ.
According to a release, Billy R., a visitor from Iowa, walked away with $937,040 after he hit a mega jackpot at the LINQ Hotel on Saturday, Aug. 30.
The release said Billy played the game “Face Up Pai Gow” for about an hour before he hit the jackpot with a 7-card straight flush.

According to the release, Billy, a Caesars Rewards member, was in Las Vegas to celebrate a birthday with friends when he won.

Recently, a Las Vegas local hit a $1 million jackpot at the Red Rock Casino’s High Limit Slot Room. Additionally, a visitor from California also won over a million dollars in a Las Vegas casino, this time at the Westgate Las Vegas Resort & Casino.
