Energy: 3 signs of (your) maturity
If you are in charge of the “energy bill” of your company or institution, check your maturity.
1. Do you use cost metrics on a monthly basis?
* $/kWh paid
For each energy source used and also the “package” of all sources
* kWh/activity
How energy is consumed by the productive activity
2. Do you discover when to close future power prices?
Do you prefer to wait until the end of the current contract to close a new one or do you monitor the market to make the decision when the prices are attractive?
3. Do you have energy efficiency projects in place?
Do you have a plan with activities, deadlines and people responsible for making it happen? I
