Energy: Help or Correct?
A current trend is the emergence of a very important characteristic in corporate environments: the prevailing desire to correct rather than to help.
This is, in fact, a preference for showing that one “knows more” than the interlocutor regarding the subject in question. It is easier, more “attractive”, and (supposedly) reflects a “higher” view of the participation of the “corrector”.
But the most important need of organizations is to achieve and maintain, energy, metrics of excellence ($/kWh and kWh/activity).
So the best thing to do is to help! Employees and even executives who have this “helping” profile are those who have the greatest chance of truly prospering because they work towards success.
