Energy: “low cost or no cost” opportunities
The method that has proven to offer fabulous results is to explore opportunities to reduce costs on two fronts with the premise of very low investments in both energy contacting and its efficient use.
This strategy is generally little explored in Brazil because each of the suppliers that presents itself to the potential customer wants to “sell their solutions”. And, in this line there is a conflict of interests with “low cost or no cost”.
But for consultants – like me – who are hired to discover opportunities and make them happen, this “low cost or no cost” line is very attractive to the client. For obvious reasons!
It will be worth investigating this line of conduct. This, of course, without harming other opportunities that require investments.
