Gas or electricity?
The prices charged in the Brazilian market, whether via regulated natural gas tariffs or free prices for liquefied petroleum gas, point to a situation that has been consolidating.
For a middle-class household that consumes a few tens of cubic meters of natural gas or tens of kg of liquefied gas per month, it may make sense to replace gas with electricity!
It will obviously depend on the natural gas rates available at each address consulted, the price of a LPG cylinder in the region and the rates granted by ANEEL to the local electricity distributor.
Anyone who goes deeper into this assessment may be surprised.
