Hydrogen Based Power Generation
The global green ammonia volume valued at $0.3 billion in 2023 is predicted to reach $17.9 billion in 2030, growing at a compound annual growth rate of 72.9% (Deloitte, 2023). Numerous global projects aimed at establishing green ammonia production facilities are set to commence operations during the middle of the current decade. These projects comprise four key components: a wind/solar farm for supplying green electricity, an electrolyzer for green hydrogen production, an ammonia synthesis plant section to produce ammonia from hydrogen, and a refueling facility for maritime transport.
