Energy: innovation in sales
A format that deserves to be considered by suppliers in the energy sector is to present a menu of solutions that can be contracted by clients, whether industrial, commercial or institutional.
In the conventional model, each offeror sells their solution. And so it has been for many decades.
In the proposal I am presenting, a consortium is created in which a group of suppliers (sale of electricity and gas, energy efficiency, local generation, high voltage access, etc.) create a partnership to serve the client who is thus seen in a vision holistic.
This format is “agnostic” as the consortium seeks to offer what best suits the client, choosing only the partners necessary for each solution.
