After long connection delays, Colorado solar customers will be refunded by Xcel Energy. Understaffed, the utility fell behind on meter installations. Now, Xcel is back on track and customers can expect to have upgraded meters installed within 20-30 days. However, meters aren’t the only area in need of an upgrade.
