With the new scenario, in which surplus solar will no longer be compensated by (regulated) tariffs, but by the “spot”, an important change in the viability of these projects arises.

On the one hand, the most interesting and convenient sizing becomes “without export”, at least for those who don’t want to take the risk of “PLD” (spot).

On the other hand, a new alternative opens up. Surpluses to be used to store energy for use during the most expensive times associated with contracting the white tariff (time of use rates designed for the low voltage consumers).
