Update: All travel lanes and ramps have reopened, according to NSP.
LAS VEGAS (KLAS) — Two deadly crashes closed major roadways in the Las Vegas valley Saturday, prompting traffic delays.
The first crash happened on Summerlin Parkway eastbound, just west of Rampart Boulevard. Nevada State Police posted on their social media platform around 7 a.m. and said the eastbound lanes were shut down.
All traffic is being diverted onto the Rampart eastbound off-ramp. NDOT crews are on scene setting up cones to assist with the closure, and drivers are asked to avoid the area for several hours and find alternate routes.

The second crash closed all northbound lanes on I-11 near Decatur Boulevard, NSP said. Traffic is diverted onto the I-11/Decatur on-ramp, though law enforcement officials said the diversion location could change as the investigation continues.
Authorities urge drivers to avoid both areas if possible and use alternate routes while crews work to clear the scenes.
