Energy: which metrics to use?
Upper managers and Board members of companies and institutions are not necessarily familiar with the item “energy”.
But… they need to achieve and maintain competitiveness in this account, which is Top 10 and in selected cases Top 5.
Two “powerful” metrics can be used: $/kWh and $energy/$revenue to permanently monitor the energy account. The first concerns the contracting of energy, for the all sources involved. The second shows how energy is in relation to revenue. For those who wish to implement these metrics,
