One of my resolutions this year is to post much more actively as I am convinced that we are entering what I call the Era of Electrification Intelligence which will radically change our world. This revolution combines clean electrification with artificial intelligence as the key innovation drive and will radically change our world!
My TEDx talk, “Welcome to the Era of Energy Disruption,” which I gave last year in Berlin hints at the upcoming disruption and highlights how solar technology, battery advancements, and energy intelligence are driving a revolutionary transformation in the energy sector, with China at the forefront. I discuss the rapid scalability and cost-effectiveness of solar power, the electrification of transport, and the integration of smart energy systems enabled by AI and connectivity. I emphasize the geopolitical and economic shift as global wealth transitions from fossil fuels to renewables, with the Global South poised to leapfrog traditional energy pathways. I urge Europe to recognize the urgency of the energy transition, adapt quickly, and learn from China’s leadership in clean energy technologies to secure a sustainable future.
