Energy – Strategic plan: simple, fast and efficient
 

To achieve and maintain excellent results in energy, the first step is having a plan.

Conceptually, a plan is something comprehensive and linked to a structured path involving information, analysis, alternatives and decision-making processes.

But, in practice, what I discovered after decades of consulting is: an efficient way to “cut corners” is discovering “what is missing”.

This is because, as a rule, companies and institutions already do and/or have done a lot.

Try following this path that I am proposing. Focus on what is missing. Besides, it will cost much less than going the whole way! Potentially in a few weeks, together we will be able to discover what still needs to be discovered!
