Energy: Who gets the best results?

This question is important for companies and institutions that want to be at the “front of the pack”.

Having worked as a consultant for decades, I have found a simple, objective and realistic answer.

2. Analyze the information

3. Prospect alternatives to improve results

4. Make decisions about which alternatives to choose

And an underlying and important issue is the participation of an upper manager who leads  encourages the team to make things happen. Typically, energy is not an issue dominated by companies because it is not their core business. So having a consultant to facilitate a robust and successful path makes perfect sense!
