If there is a valuable lesson that we can extract from medicine, it is the structured way of identifying and solving challenges.

If you have symptoms that are worrying, the normal reaction is to see a general practitioner to diagnose the problem and then – if necessary – be referred to a specialist.

This is a proven successful script. I always follow this path with energy and with spectacular results.

The only condition to explore this approach is the internal greatness that our engineers, managers and even directors need to have! For them, hiring a generalist consultant is not in the “script”.

They are generally afraid to listen to anyone who may have knowledge and experience in an area they are not familiar with.

Anyone who wants to discover and explore opportunities needs to take advantage of the method that medicine uses so successfully. But be careful: this “recipe” is only valid for those who are motivated to learn! Of course!
