Reuters recently published an article summarizing BP’s Energy Outlook 2024 projections. The graphs in the article quickly provide a visual snapshot so I thought sharing BP’s findings would be interesting for those focused on climate change.
The data covers actual results since 2000 along with projections for two scenario to 2050. Oil and natural gas demand, wind and solar adoption, and the emissions outlook were highlighted.
