Interesting report from Guidehouse Insights on behalf of the SEMA Coalition. The Inflation Reduction Act makes a lot of money and incentives available for a rejuvenated domestic US solar supply chain. At the same time, however, Chinese suppliers dominate key parts of the market. Is it important enough for us to champion domestic production or are we still going to be driven and wink at the various points of conflict with the government and military in Beijing? My concern extends to inverters and spills over to battery markets. Your thoughts?
