Two metrics are very simple and powerful: $/kWh and kWh/activity.

$/kWh

* Is the total paid for energy sources divided by the associated energy volume

* Multinationals compare this metric among their units around the world

* Brazilians can monitor the evolution of this cost, month by month

* Serves to permanently identify the cost of contracting energy

kWh/activity

* It is the energy referred to the activity carried out in that unit * It can be per ton produced (industrial), people in a building (commercial), etc.

* Serves to monitor the “specific consumption” of energy

It will be worth “using” these two metrics. Aligns perceptions and expectations of both upper  management and operational levels.
