The energy sector, particularly the electric, has a very interesting opportunity regarding mergers and acquisitions.

Motivation is centred on two pillars:

(1°) In the expectation that Brazil will have an exponential growth in projects to expand its entire supply capacity in the generation, transmission and distribution value chain,

 and, 

(2°) Developed countries experienced that by “consolidating” there is an important gain by adding scale, productivity and creativity.

I myself have led the medium-sized Brazilian company where I was the CEO to joint venture with a large American multinational.
